EDS Calibration Kit

ESD-CALA

The ESD-CALA calibration Kit complies with the requirements of IEC/EN 61000-4-2. It consists of BX602 calibration target, coaxial cables and adapters.

BX602 is a coaxial current target designed in accordance with IEC/EN 61000-4-2 Ed.2, which is used to monitor and verify whether the ESD pulse waveform parameters output by the ESD generator meet standard specifications.

An external attenuator (JZ602 or JZ603) connected to the target matches the output signal to the oscilloscope input.
