Introduction

The VTE 200 vehicle transient simulator complies with Ford EMC-CS.1 and FMC1278. It generates standardized pulses via components defined in the above standards, including CI 220 A1, A2-1, A2-2, C-1, C-2, CI 260 F, as well as RI 130 A2-1 and A2-2. For RI 130 testing, the generator is equipped with a BNC coaxial output port for connection to dedicated test fixtures required by relevant tests.
