EFT-CA-KIT(SHV)

The TFB 500(SHV) and TFB 1000(SHV) EFT/B calibration kits comply with EN/IEC 61000-4-4. Primarily used for immunity testing in the industrial EMC sector, they perform periodic verification of test systems such as EFT/B generators and immunity testers. This ensures that the generators produce correct waveforms, maintaining reliable performance and high measurement accuracy.

The TFB 500(SHV) and TFB 1000(SHV) feature 50 Ω and 1000 Ω termination loads respectively, with a bandwidth of 400 MHz. Through impedance matching, the EFT/B calibration kits divide and attenuate HV signals, scaling down waveform amplitudes to levels measurable by oscilloscopes. They are also compatible with all EFT/burst generators.
