EFT/B Calibration Kit

TFB 500 / TFB 1000

The TFB 500/1000 is an EFT/B calibration kit developed in compliance with IEC/EN 61000-4-4, ISO 7637.2 and GB/T 17626.4. TFB500 / TFB1000 feature 50 Ω and 1 kΩ terminations. It can withstand a Max. pulse voltage of 8 kV with an operating bandwidth of 400 MHz.

TFB 500 and TFB 1000 are attenuators, capable of reducing the power of EFT/B without appreciably distorting its waveform. The calibration kit is used to calibrate EFT/B generators regularly to ensure the performance and accuracy of the testing system. It is compatible with most EFT/B generators.
