On June 25–26, the 4th meeting of the 3rd term of the Subcommittee on High-Frequency Phenomena, National Technical Committee on Electromagnetic Compatibility Standardization, was successfully held in Suzhou. The meeting was hosted by the Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology and organized by Suzhou 3Ctest Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.

The meeting reviewed the work accomplished in 2023 and outlined plans for the next phase. During the session, attending experts delivered presentations on current standardization trends and emerging technical topics. The scheduled agenda was completed, and the meeting concluded with great success.

During the meeting, Hu Xiaojun of our company delivered a technical report titled “Analysis of Coupling Device Differences for EFT Test Signal Lines,” discussing the limitations of applying EFT to signal lines using capacitive coupling clamps and proposing improvements for port coupling/decoupling devices on signal lines.

Laboratory Tour

At 2:00 p.m. on June 26, Mr. Huang Xuejun, General Manager of 3CTEST, hosted a technical exchange at the 3CTEST laboratory with attending experts, covering topics such as the 10‑meter semi‑anechoic chamber method, direct lightning effects, 300 kV deposited electrostatic discharge, and electromagnetic pulse testing.
