Introduction

The EDS 20HBM electrostatic discharge simulator is specially designed in accordance with the characteristics and requirements of electrostatic discharge immunity tests for the Human Body Model. It can perform ESD immunity testing on semiconductor devices such as LEDs, transistors and ICs. Its charge-discharge circuit is designed based on the ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001-2017 standard, fully complying with the strictest ESD voltage levels specified in the above standard, with a max. output voltage of 20 kV.
