The CWS 120 series is specially designed for simulating low voltage surge pulse disturbances phenomenon, which can be used in surge protection device (TVS tube, TSPDs, SIDAC, surge suppressor and wafer or package level) immunity test. Its output voltage can be adjustable from 1 V to 1,200 V, which totally meet the test requirement of IEC/EN 61000-4-5 and GB/T 17626.5.

The product adopts 3-rd generation control platform and features high system integration, intelligent control and easy operation.
