The Impedance box 500Ω is used as a matched module for impedance of surge pulses to meet the test requirements of EUT impulse withstanding voltage testing. The waveform parameters on the output port of impedance box are in accordance with the open-circuit voltage waveform requirements of IEC 61000-4-5.
