420 VAC / 202 A Voltage Dips & Short Interruptions Test System
Standard-compliant · High-fidelity waveforms · High-current surge tolerant
Comprehensive protection · Fully automated efficiency
With the rapid advancement of industrial electrification and energy digitization, voltage dips and short interruptions caused by grid disturbances and sudden load changes have become a primary cause of electrical equipment malfunction, shutdown, and even damage. The voltage immunity of equipment directly determines the safety and continuity of system operation. Accordingly, related immunity testing has become a mandatory requirement for product development and type approval in industries such as new energy power, electric vehicles, railway, and information technology.
International and national standards such as IEC 61000-4-11/34 and GB/T 17626.11/34 impose strict requirements on waveform accuracy, parameter adjustment, and surge withstand capability for voltage fault simulation. The industry currently faces common pain points including waveform distortion under high current, insufficient parameter setting precision, weak surge withstand capability, inadequate safety protection, and low automation in testing.
