This number belonged to the Chinese standard for high accuracy static meters for active energy, and it has been absorbed into the metering equipment series, where the same subject is now carried by the part that defines the requirements for meters in the two highest accuracy classes. The older document is still found in Chinese procurement documents and in the type test reports attached to meters installed before the change, so it is retained here as a record of the earlier designation rather than as a live requirement. For a supplier the practical point is that the two documents are not identical in the presentation of the requirements: the metering series arranges the accuracy requirements, the influence quantities and the test conditions differently and refers to the general part of the series for the common framework, so a report written against the older document cannot simply be presented against the new one without establishing that the same tests were performed.
